SALES ENGINEER (MECHANICAL) – CEBU

Job Description:

• • Initiate and develop new leads/projects
• • Actively participate and contribute in crafting and developing sales strategies
• • Develop relationship with new clients and prospects
• • Coordinate with clients regarding their requirements
• Follow up sales quotation and negotiate terms with clients at a cost best suited for them
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Prepare weekly accomplishment reports regarding clients, project status and weekly and monthly sales; submit the accomplishment reports directly to Sales Manager

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Required)
• At least 1-2 years working experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the
  HVAC-R industry
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Can do fieldwork.
